PRIVACY · UPDATED OCTOBER 29, 2026
Your inbox.
Your information.
We collect the details you choose to submit. Newsletter signup asks for your email address. The business form asks for your name, business, email, optional website and pitch.
What happens to a submission
When newsletter signup is enabled, your email goes to beehiiv to create a subscription and send a welcome email. Website is recorded as the signup source. Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter to stop receiving it.
When the story inbox is enabled, the business form sends your details to our configured submission service so we can review and respond. A pitch does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter.
If either service has not been configured, the site displays an unavailable message and does not store the submission itself.
Site technology
The site uses self-hosted fonts and images. We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising trackers or other third-party scripts. Hosting and submission providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services, such as request logs.
Requests and corrections
To request access, correction or deletion of details you submitted, use the contact form and mark the pitch “Privacy request.” If the form is unavailable, try again when the inbox is enabled. For newsletter preferences, use the links in the newsletter itself.
We use submitted information for the purpose described here and do not sell it. We may update this page as our services change.
